At Salesforce, I led product design for Data 360—a customer data platform (CDP) built for modern marketers to unify disparate customer data, generate insights, and drive personalization and engagement.

I joined as one of the founding designers, leading design strategy from inception in 2017 through general availability with a keynote launch at Dreamforce 2020.

My work spanned multiple platform features across several releases, crafting UX for not just the tools but also compelling marketing demos and customer-facing experiences.
